What are your cancellation policies?

    How to Cancel:
    All cancellations must be made either via phone or through our website.

    One-Way Rides:
    • Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
    • Late cancellation: If cancelled less than 2 hours before pick-up, the full fare will be charged.

    Hourly Bookings:
    • Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
    • Late cancellation: If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the full fare will be charged.

How does the hourly booking work?


When booking your fare, click on HOURLY and add all of your stops (in Chicago land area). We recommend you add all of your stops in the Notes box.

Can I make an extra stop on my trip?


Yes you can make extra stops.

What happens if my flight is delayed?


Delayed? No problem. We track your flight and will be there when you land, or call us
