What are your cancellation policies?

  • All cancellations must be done via phone or website.
  • Free cancellations for all one-way rides 2 hrs before pick-up time. If cancelled after 2 hrs, the total price must be paid.
  • Free cancellations for hourly bookings 24 hours before agreed pick-up time. If cancelled after 24 hours, the total price must be paid.

How does the hourly booking work?

When booking your fare, click on HOURLY and add all of your stops (in Chicago land area). We recommend you add all of your stops in the Notes box.

Can I make an extra stop on my trip?

Yes you can make extra stops.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Delayed? No problem. We track your flight and will be there when you land, or call us
